What Winnie does

Thoughtful support. Useful next steps.

From a question in the moment to a plan you can return to. Here’s how Winnie helps you move forward.

01

A place to think out loud.

Start with what’s happening, even when you don’t quite have the words. Winnie helps you sort through everyday parenting questions and decide what might help.

Ask for general information, explore an idea, or prepare questions for someone who knows your child.

Illustrative example

“Bedtime is taking forever lately.”

  1. 1.Talk through what evenings look like.
  2. 2.Consider a small change that fits your family.
  3. 3.Choose what you want to try.
02

Less advice to sift through. More you can use.

When an idea feels useful, turn it into a plan with clear steps. You choose what gets saved. A plan can change as your family does.

Checking off steps doesn’t automatically mean the whole situation is resolved. You decide when it’s complete.

Illustrative example

A gentler bedtime

  1. 1.Pick one predictable wind-down activity.
  2. 2.Try it for a few evenings.
  3. 3.Notice what feels easier, and what doesn’t.
03

The conversation can keep going.

Ask Winnie to check back at an agreed time. Come back to the situation, record what happened, and adjust the plan together.

Check-ins require your agreement. You can cancel them. Delivery also depends on your device and notification permissions.

Illustrative example

“Let’s check in on Friday.”

  1. 1.Choose a time that works for you.
  2. 2.Review and confirm the check-in.
  3. 3.Share an update when you’re ready.
04

Keep the context that matters.

Save useful family context so you don’t have to explain the same things every time. Review what Winnie remembers and remove memories you no longer want used.

Deleting a memory is separate from clearing a conversation or deleting an account. Your data controls explain those differences.

Illustrative example

A little context goes a long way

  1. 1.Choose which family details to save.
  2. 2.Review and correct saved memories.
  3. 3.Remove what no longer belongs.
05

Make room for your people.

Invite another caregiver into your household. Share situations and plans so the practical pieces of care have a common home.

New signed-in conversations stay private. A shared plan or approved excerpt is a separate, deliberate choice.

Illustrative example

On the same page, in your own way

  1. 1.Invite a caregiver with their own account.
  2. 2.Choose what to share with the household.
  3. 3.Keep personal conversations private.
