Using this website

These terms apply to the AskWinnie marketing website and launch waitlist. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

AskWinnie is intended for adult parents and caregivers. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal adulthood where you live, to join the waitlist. For questions about these terms, contact hello@askwinnie.app.

The launch waitlist

Joining the waitlist asks us to email you about AskWinnie’s launch. Provide an email address you control and consent to receiving those communications. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

The waitlist is free. Signing up does not create a purchase, paid subscription, app account, guaranteed invitation, or guaranteed launch date. We may change the rollout, timing, features, and availability.

Product previews and availability

AskWinnie is in development. Website examples illustrate the experience and do not represent a live conversation, a scheduled check-in, or an action taken for your family.

Features described here may evolve before public launch. Any app access, purchases, memberships, renewals, or cancellation terms will be explained separately when offered. This website does not sell a membership.

Information and AI boundaries

Website content is general information. AskWinnie is not a medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency service. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, supervise children, or replace qualified professional judgment.

AI-generated information can be incomplete or wrong. Evaluate suggestions in your own context and seek appropriate professional advice. For an immediate danger or emergency, contact local emergency services.

Caregivers remain responsible for decisions about their family. A product description is not a promise of a particular parenting, health, or developmental outcome.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit another person’s email address without permission, impersonate someone, or submit unlawful content.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, bypass security or rate limits, or submit abusive automated traffic.
• Do not use the website to infringe others’ rights or to disclose sensitive personal information through forms that do not request it.

Content and ownership

AskWinnie’s name, artwork, website copy, and other original materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may view the website for personal, informational use. These terms do not grant a right to reuse brand assets or imply an endorsement.

Third-party software and imagery remain subject to their own licenses. Links to outside resources do not mean we control or guarantee their content.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle waitlist, support, and technical information. You can request removal from the waitlist by emailing hello@askwinnie.app.

Service limitations

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and preview information are provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. We do not limit responsibility where doing so would be prohibited by law.

We may update these terms as the website develops. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Separate product terms will be provided before public app enrollment or purchase.
